MeshLaw
About

One AI workspace
legal professionals can actually use.

MeshLaw is a legal workspace that ties case search, document analysis, drafting, and e-filing into a single context. It isn't a translation of a U.S.-market tool — it's designed from the ground up with the local legal system and language as first-class citizens.

Mission

Give legal professionals more time
for better judgment.

Organizing documents, extracting facts, verifying citations, managing deadlines, drafting claims — our metric is cutting 60–80% of the work legal professionals repeat every day. With that time back, they can meet clients more deeply and take on harder questions.

Design principles

Four things we won't compromise on.

01
Legal professionals are not replaced

AI does not stand in for a lawyer's judgment. Our job is to block risks like hallucinations and automatic filing, and to cut the repetitive work so that legal professionals can focus on deeper judgment. Attorney-in-the-Loop is not marketing copy — it is a system design principle.

02
The local language and legal system come first

We don't translate a tool built for the U.S. market and ship it abroad. Supreme Court case law, statutory databases, constitutional decisions, the e-filing system, and the practice-management workflows legal professionals use every day — these are what we design for first.

03
Client confidentiality is guaranteed by technology

It must be guaranteed by system architecture, not by a clause in the terms. Local-first storage on the professional’s machine, matter-level sync modes, ZDR agreements, field-level encryption, per-firm isolation — leave out any one of them and the duty of confidentiality is only a promise.

04
Boutique firms must be able to adopt it too

A tool that costs thousands a month belongs to large firms alone. Delivering Harvey-grade AI at a price a 1–10 person boutique can afford is how the productivity of the entire legal profession moves up.

Architecture

Six layers, one context.

With the matter as the central axis, all six layers — from infrastructure to client — run independently, yet the data flows through them as a single stream.

L0 Infrastructure
In-region · relational DB · cache · object storage. Single region, single data residency.
L1 Practice management
Background case-search workers with practice-management menus (Practice Manager shell).
L2 Vault
Folder-level indexing + multimodal (PDF/Word/photo/video/audio/messages).
L3 AI
Citation-First gate + grounding on local case law and statutes + Workflow Agents.
L4 Editor
Block editor + citation verification + direct e-filing submission.
L5 Client
Native desktop (macOS/Windows, beta) + responsive web.
Team

Law, AI, and product together.

We're looking for firms to build this with.
