External AI calls are optional per matter. Turn on the "Never" sync mode to block them entirely and use only local models. Data is isolated per firm.
AI never auto-sends, auto-signs, or auto-files. Every court submission, contract, and external send passes your explicit approval step. Same rule whether a firm uses it or you use it alone.
Case data is stored in the desktop app first. Work offline. Single-tenant deployment is available on Enterprise plans.
